Cloudy Minds ADAM Audio Sound Track Competition

1968/1969- Black Diamond Pearl- 20x14 -Keystone Badge- Selling my beloved vintage Ludwig bass drum from 1968. I'll start with the few blemishes. The previous owner installed a custom rack mount for his toms leaving behind 8 small holes (6 of which I've patched and painted black to match). The other 2 holes were left from an additional leg stand, which I've also sealed, but using 2 short black screws. There is a small crack in the plastic wrap (not the shell) just above the left leg stand. See pictures for details. The kick drum includes all original hardware from the sixties! The lugs, rods and claws are all in stellar condition (Only 3 of the 16 show signs of minimal rust/pitting! The rest are like new. The hoops are also in excellent shape as is the inside of the drum. The bass drum includes the original rack tom mount, which I've removed because I prefer my tom on a stand.  Comes with Remo Emperor Vintage Coated Batter (like new) and Remo Weatherking Emperor Resonant Head.

Joseph Hylander is a songwriter in the tradition of John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, and Elliott Smith. He was born and raised in Southern California and proud to call Hawthorne, California his home. (Hawthorne = birth place of The Beach Boys).  He finds inspiration in ordinary things and can turn the mundane into a more interesting dreamscape.  His youth and education was spent touring and in the recording studio trying to perfect the art of writing, arranging, and composing music.  He picked up the guitar at the age of 12 after first hearing The Beatles, "Rubber Soul" and has now been playing for over 16 years.  He has toured as far north as Seattle, Washington and far east as Austin, Texas (participating in the South By South West Music Festival 3 years in a row) with his band E>K>U>K.  E>K>U>K was popular in the Los Angeles area and along with Joseph had songs featured in major motion picture soundtracks and on network television.  Joseph recently released his debut album, "Joseph Hylander".
