‘This Is Real Underground Dance Music!’ Toneworxx’s latest sample pack focuses on the seminal Dance Music cult of the Detroit Underground! Drawing influence from Classic Detroit House and Techno artists like Derrick May and Carl Craig, this 530MB+ library serves up a quality portion of underground Goodness!

Especially designed to evoke the vibe of original tracks from the late 80s, but with a modern twist, this library has everything you need to make a modern underground banger! From the classic House Organ sound to trademark robotic vocoder samples, the massive selection of synth samples have all angles covered. These sounds hark back to early Cybotron productions and perfectly capture the raw energy and essence of the underground Detroit Scene! If you’re after the classic uplifting piano of tracks like ‘Strings Of Life’ then you won’t be disappointed - both the retro Detroit Strings and Piano sounds are captured in this library. There's also a huge selection of cutting edge synth sounds, keys, arps and pads to boot. 

There is also a great selection of techno and deep house inspired bass samples to give your tracks that rolling groove! Included here are the kind of punchy bass stabs that were regularly heard on the classic Hot Mix Radio Shows, hosted by Jeff Mills, as well as smoother deep FM Synth Basses that are typically characteristic of Derrick May’s subversive and rebellious underground sound. 

At the core of this library is a huge selection of 128bpm Drum Loops put together using original drum machine sounds like the Roland 808 and 909. The characteristic choppy drum beats and skippy percussive rhythms of Detroit Dance music have been creatively re-imagined here, with all the depth and clarity of modern productions! We've also included a plethora of One Shot samples, which include everything from kicks, snares, hihats, percussion and cymbals to FX and Synth hits! 

If all of that wasn’t enough, we’ve added a choice of Midi files to give you full control over a selection of synth, bass and chord loops! These are yours to tweak and edit to your own preference; adjust the timing, pitch and choice of instrument of the included riffs and customise them to your beats! And to top it all off, we've thrown in tasty selection of 40 presets for both Massive and Sylenth! These patches will perfectly reproduce the original sounds of producers like Carl Craig and Kevin Saunderson, allowing you to write your own Leads and Basslines in the true Detroit style!

The Toneworxx and Soundsmiths crew teamed up especially to bring you this top of the range sample pack. The sounds have been especially engineered by the Soundsmiths team to create the raw and energetic sound typical of the Underground Detroit dance scene.
