Joseph Gomez Parra, known artistically as (Joseph Gomx) is a Colombian DJ and producer born in Barranquilla. From a very young age he showed an interest in music, beginning at the age of 8 influenced by Anglo and Latin genres. In 2010, he began his self-taught studies in music production, which allowed him to forge his characteristic style within electronic music, standing out in genres such as Afrohouse, Tribal House, Tech House, and Latintech.
He has collaborated with important record labels such as Xumba Recordings, Miami 305 Records, Peak Hour Music, The Vibe Arrived, and Black Lizard Records, working in countries such as Spain, Portugal, and Colombia. As a music producer he has gained international recognition for his innovative style that fuses percussive Latin rhythms with electronic music.
