Introducing the music of mbira lab
This is a new interpretation of the music of the mbira dzavadzimu, an ancient instrument from Zimbabwe. 
This music is used as part of traditional ceremonies to generate trance and aid connection with the spirit world. Mbira players from the UK and Zimbabwe have faithfully transposed this extraordinary music with all its intricacy and power, into electronic form. This has been blended with the traditional songs, sung live by Kennedy Chinieri, Zimbabwean mbira player.

🎶 NIRVĀN – Ambient electronic music producer exploring deep atmospheres, harmony, and sound as a doorway into presence. My tracks are meant to carry listeners inward — into stillness, beauty, and reflection.

😂 MC Happy – Satirical spiritual comedy, poking fun at the sometimes absurd side of the spiritual world. Humor is my way of pointing to truth while keeping things light.

Both projects come from the same root: the search (and non-search) for meaning, joy, and connection. Whether through soundscapes or laughter, my work is about opening a space where you can feel a little more human, a little more free.
