'The Bridge' is the lead single from Loci Records compilation album 'Season Two', curated by downtempo favourite Emancipator. 

The collection is a wondrous explosion of vibrant sonic textures enriched with soulful and emotive pieces from notable Loci alumni artists, as well as several new additions, heralding what's to come from the label. 

A contemporary look at where downtempo stands today in electronic music, Season Two weaves in and out of various flavours ranging from instrumental hip-hop, lo-fi beat, ambient IDM, left-field electronica, and more. 

Founded and curated by downtempo staple Emancipator, Loci Records is a point of convergence - the crossroads of melodic downtempo, instrumental hip hop, and electronica. Over the last 7 years, Loci has quietly become a platform for intelligent, carefully crafted, electronic music, shining a light on young artists, and helping those acts bring their visions to fruition. With over 30 releases under the label’s imprint from a strong roster of artists also including Marley Carroll, Thoma, Nym, and Edamame. 

Season Two is the second compilation from Loci lineage and whilst it introduces a number of new artists into the Loci world, it also marks the beginning of a more consistent release schedule with bigger releases, developing a global reach, and revealing more hidden gems with the world.

Manchester, UK-based downtempo producer Frameworks puts his stamp on 'alma' by il:lo, out March 6, 2020 on Future Archive Recordings.

The remix carries Frameworks' signature sound, blending elements that create a more emotive and introspective palette than the original. Frameworks has long constructed soundscapes that have piqued the interest of musicophiles, especially those with leaning interest towards warm blossoming strings, pulsing bass, and haunting vocals.
