Here's a classic - I entered the Adelaide Massive song writing competition on 13/09/2003 and won with this entry.  It was written with nothing but the samples they supplied, and then running those samples through a bunch of effects.  I spend two days on this song and had LOADS of fun doing it.  It's all a bit tongue in cheek - so enjoy!
