Getcha ears ready for the debut EP from London playboi, moodii. Will is a budding producer/DJ who's already crafted poetic bangers for labels like Peach Discs and Piff, and we're stoked to bring him on board here at HOMAGE.

Will's journey into dance music started in the early 00s when he discovered his dad's CD collection containing the likes of Above & Beyond, Paul Oakenfold, and The Chemical Brothers. You'll hear those influences shine through in his tunes unless your ears are caked with wax.

Will's latest concoctions for Dawn To Dusk reminded us so much of Télépopmusik that a release was a no-brainer. All 6 tracks pump, but the pace is softened by honeyed melodies that smother you in sweetness and send you soaring into a multi-colored stratosphere. Sounds just like our favorite drugs. moodii is your new favorite drug. Use responsibly.

For Those That Knoe kicks off a series of DJ-selected compilations featuring unearthed gems and tried and trusted belters. The first release in the series is provided by label owner Ben boe. Ben has dug deep into the racks to select two personal record box faves. Slaves Incorporated (Paul Rayner) released a short sequence of raw UK-styled garage music in the mid-ninetees on the label "To Groove To Records" out of the UK midlands. The pick of the bunch, "Baby", a peak time thumper with classic organ stabs and swooping subs graces the A-side. Tom Gillieron, perhaps only known to folk on the London scene has released some sought after tech house classics. Originally featuring on his first solo EP on Reverberations in 1998, "The Fire" is an impeccably produced deep breakbeat track for the heads.
