The seventh release on SPAZIOTEMPO, the 4/4 side of Where We Met, marks Rambal Cochet’s full gas debut on the label.

The title track Ambientica is a proggy weapon that brings acid vibes and techy rhythms in a perfect balance. East Block, the other track on the A side, explores dreamier melodies with a punchy structure.

The B1, Tidal Types, is a techy prog weapon with ethnic samples and clear 90ies reminders and Underwater Armour, the closing track, seals it up with more trancy evolution and yeah, we can’t get enough of em!

Another blast from the past. Organic Signs' second reference comes from a white label record found in Jan Swam's collection. Positive Recreational Soundsystem is another aka for A Positive Life (Stefan Pierlejewski & Liam Farrell). Under this name, they only release one EP, back in 1996. There are 2 original tracks and a remix we added to close the generational circle.

The considered king of analogue synthesizers Oberheim Matrix 12 is the base of this PRS EP. Side A - Son of The Rising House - is a 10 mins entrancing musical journey that will transport us to the optimism and joy of a sunrise in the free parties of the mid 90's, which were still resisting to enter the capitalist rules of the clubs. Side B1 - Encoded - features an FM oscillator from the Matrix 12, embarking us on a darker version of the rave, with modulated sounds closer to goa trance. Finally, the B2 - remix by Jan Swam - shows us a modern take on the A-side, using the original samples sent by Stefan and others from the legendary Yamaha RM1X. It is an 8 minutes rework in which he pays great respect to the original one, separating it into a first part with breakbeat rhythms and a second part with 4X4.

"Just as I had my first rave experiences in the bunker about 10 years ago, i still see it, or would like to see it, as a place where I experience music that I don't normally encounter on a daily basis or that I don't normally listen to myself. I have always experienced the special in the unknown. In the same way my sets are meant to take the listener into a state of novelty and unfamiliarity. Into a deep experience of rhythmic selected music. In this mix, my approach was to create a multi-layered repetitive soundscape but not like techno but from progressiv and tech-house related tracks. This creates a slower but no less groovy experience. The setup were 2x turntables and 2x cdjs - two or three tracks are always playing - always in the mix with constant adjustment and eq sculpting - its rough - hell yeah - but fuck perfection.
