In quick succession to ARCS-03, which boasted remixes by The Mover, Shifted and Peder Mannerfelt, Cassegrain keep up the pressure with a new EP of originals on ARCS-04.

Returning to their tunnelling hypnotic trademark sound over three focused, club-ready trips, the Arcing Seas heads channel varied and irrepressible moods into each track. Built on solid dancefloor foundations and rich in colourful, non-conventional sound design, they scan through tribal ritualism with A side 'Shahmaran', moving to the pumping urgency of 'Caracal' and the rolling post-acid workout of 'Vulpine'.

ARCS-04 is a straight-up DJ-friendly 12'', something that's conveyed in the record’s more minimalist artwork. The sleeves have been hand-screen printed in Berlin by Alex from Cassegrain.

Michael Wollenhaupt a.k.a Ancient Methods, continues his fine form with 4 unstoppable tracks of industrial tinged funk and fury, with a different vocalist featuring on each. 

New York's Zohra Atash a.k.a Azar Swan features on the shamanic ’Swallow The Screw’ which ushers you deep in to jungle territory like a shot of Dimethyltryptamine. Berlin based Huren rages about a profit driven society on the devastating ‘The Standards Will Come And Go’. On the flip, things take a more contemplative turn with Los Angeles' Camella Lobo of Tropic Of Cancer providing other-worldly elegance on the atmospheric ‘It Won’t take Me’. Closing the record is the weightless ‘Andromeda’, a tribute to our galactic neighbour performed by Allison Lewis a.k.a Zanias of Linea Aspera and Keluar.

Ancient Methods - It Won’t Take Me (Feat. Tropic Of Cancer)

STAUB comes back on wax for a third episode. Following the no name policy from the parties which started 5 years ago in ://about blank, it is time again for unknown artist to shine. This new EP sees the shy producer appearing on 4 tracks of pristine techno. A1 is an atmospheric trip while A2 is more brutal, on the B side it is going weirder and darker. We think Unknown Artist tries to craft interesting techno cuts and that he loves variety.
That it is the idea behind STAUB since its beginnings, it does not matter whether you are a newcomer or Lady Gaga, what matters is the quality of the music. This is what was again aimed with this third record.

After the Devotion trilogy, that kicked-off the label catalogue in 2017, Sublunar cofounder Sciahri is back on his own imprint with a brand new EP. 
Following the recently released EP "Demur" on MANHIGH, the record label by Henning Baer, Metamorphosis is a focal point into Sciahri's musical journey, always searching for the perfect equilibrium between spacious, immersive sounds and complex structural dynamics. 
The record opens with “Heedless", a heavily syncopated rhythm constantly fighting with a claustrophobic atmosphere that reveals the artist ability to create highly texturized techno landscapes.

47 regular and Scalameriya collaborator VSK provides a solid A2 with 'Inception'. Rolling drums and impressive sound design create a concrete wall of sound, dense in detail and off-kilter percussion. Ominous drones and one-shots marry together to produce a polyrhythmic feel, pushing and pulling the listener between aggressive propulsion and elongated pads.
