Swedger is a don. Nobody makes tunes quite like him and to us here at In:flux we think he has one of the most unique sounds out there. He has been making waves this past year with a whole host of releases on labels such as Low Pitched, Project Allout and many releases through his well stocked Bandcamp page. When he came to us last year with his tune NFRLD for the '2000 Likes EP', it was an instant signing and with it we promised him an EP.

A few more single releases later (such as the glorious 'Shellsuit Temptress') and here we are at his inaugural EP on In:flux. Not only has Swedger assembled two bangers from his arsenal, he's pulled together a wonderful remix cast from the In:flux roster that includes the return of Wölfe to the In:flux fold after they've been taking the Juno Download charts by storm and Dr Oscillator going all Jungle on his rework. This one is dancefloor weaponry at it's finest - so get locked!

Its not often you come across a team of 3 producers under one alias, but that is exactly how the 3 close friends from Sheffield started creating music together in 2013, 6 years later nothing has changed as the trio embark on their 1Forty debut release. Sam, Alex & Arthur all studied at college and started to gain some traction on the club circuit a couple of years later mainly in and around Sheffield at venues such as The Night Kitchen, Yellow Arch, Hope Works, The Harley and Plug.

Following Arthur’s move to the hub of underground music - Bristol, he started on the circuit there which lead him to the heights of playing a sold out Motion on a number of occasions amongst other venues such as Blue Mountain and the intimate Cosies. Spinning all things that 1Forty typically hones in on - UKG, Grime, Funky & Bass, they’ve performed alongside a host of names including Commodo, Loefah, Khan & Neek, Plastician, Bassboy, Swifta Beater, TC4 and Devilman just to name a few.

The trio still produce together sending stems back and forth which hasn’t hindered workflow by any means. Releases have come across Hot Cakes, Project Allout, Saucy Music, Second To None, Pack London and more. In that time they have gathered support from names including Flava D, DJ Q, Zinc, DJ Haus, Shift K3y, Conducta, Murlo, Sammy Virji and L U C Y amongst others.
