this song is meant to string together everything included conceptually and instrumentally across this album. this album consisted of a lot of topics and sounds, and ones you can even make an argument that contradict each other. so this song was meant to offer continuity and lyrically fill in any holes or misinterpretations. regardless of the emotion I was channeling, they were all real and expressed in a raw form. a lot of times I have conflicting emotions so its only honest if I contradict myself lyrically across songs on the project. even tho I may say two things that contradict, or have seemingly nothing to do with each other, they all make their way to the same category of me reflecting how I feel, speaking on real life occurrences, and learning more about who I am.

blessed up (ft. nauce)

this is not only the most emotionally vulnerable track on the album, but that ive ever put out. there's not much I can say here that I want to type out or that's not included in the song. but in terms of it's placement a lot of the things I acknowledge on this song are very hard for me to talk about, which is part of the problem, and this song required a lot of drug use as a method of downplaying my pride enough to become as emotionally vulnerable as I did on this song.

feel me (ft. cleaningmydollsfeet)

this track is supposed to feel like the results of the actions of the previous track. like in a literal way-if get fucked up is an interlude to do exactly that, then this next track is the first one playing where you're fucked up. instrumentally and lyrically this track is trippy, slow, sleepy, yet filled with emotion, just like when you're high. it also begins the ladder 3rd of the project which is almost entirely consisting of reflecting on where im at and how I ended up here. in the most basic sense, this is the forced event of me dealing with the repercussions of getting really high.

sedated (ft. flint withers)

throughout the trackless so far ive been almost in a high state of mind-disregarding my problems, flexing, and reflecting on my successful endeavors whether financially or with relationships, etc. this song is the first moment on the project where Im reflecting on the downsides of that behavior, more specifically, my drug use. but not just my use if drugs-but why I use them, what they help me do, what they help me NOT DO, and my struggle to find the optimal balance considering all the moving parts

another one that I freestyle entirely from start to finish. out of all of the songs production wise this was the one I was most comfortable rapping on based on my musical background. it was really easy and fun for me to talk my shit on this one. throughout the project, I kick it off with the highest of highs, very drastic emotional states, and this one is no exception, but, as the project progresses, the results of my ignorance and boastfulness start catching up to me in a way that causes me to self reflect, which happens for the first time on the next song

wassup!

this one was a freestyle start to finish. ALOT of my favorite bars from the project live on this song. probably came up with and recorded the vocals all within a 15 minute time window.

klingon

this is the first collaboration vocally speaking that me and flint ever did. when he was sending me some beats for the project he came across this song he had done and sent it to me. I was extremely surprised with how great the song was he had no plans to release it. Im proud of the opportunity to be featured on this song and be the reason why the world gets to hear it.

best i've ever known (ft. flint withers)

this first track on the album is one of the first hyper pop songs I ever made. I wrote the first half of the song and then just freestyled the rest. I was using my foundation of a lot of trap elements in this one while still trying to break the mold into a new sound. I think it serves as a great transition point from my old sound to my new one.
