I briefly describe my reservations and fears in engaging with social media. How from a younger age people told me that anything I would do online would be used against me in the future and how I let fear close the doors to the opportunities that can be found online.

Now I believe my focus and sincerity will help to convey a positive message for myself and others and that I dont want to live in fear of my words.

I'll check back in the morning with an update of any thoughts I've had over night and a debrief on what I've been reading.

Jan 1: Putting yourself out there and letting go of the fear.

a bit of thoughts from reading les giblin- how to have confidence and power in dealing with people. 
thinking about my own interpersonal skills and becoming a more balanced individual.
a touch on David Whytes analysis of Beowulf and how people want to fight the obvious battles but are fearful of the underlying causes of our problems.

no man is an island and working on people skills and being interconnected is essential for survival and growth. 

the need to affirm people on their inherent properties of being an individual. 

Social distancing is a mantra of today and yet so many people myself included could hardly be any more socially distant. what we are really craving as a modern society is a deeper closer social culture.

also after day one of insanity - I'm sore AF!

Jan 2 one day in - looking deeper within

Bringing together common threads between Finance, career, fitness and Psychology.
Working on avoiding failures and making consistent gains.

Trying to learn how Reconciliation works, why negatives always sear deeper than big wins. 

A touch on lottery, FOMO, Bitcoin and being overzealous.

Jan 3 staying focused

understanding that not all problems are actionable or can be attacked right away or head on. that I need to be more aware that as times become more uncertain that I must become more certain.

A short guided breathing exercise 20 hard breaths followed by a hold. 2 sets.

an introduction to what a breathing exercise can feel like.

follow Wim Hof as he is the expert in this field. I'm just a MOMO who's trying to do the right things and become more well rounded. 

sore as hell from the 4th consecutive day of Insanity but muscle pain from lactic acid is much better than joint and injury pain and since I've started training harder the joint pain is no longer noticeable.

lastly after a good breathing exercise a massage of the face and head is great as well as hands and feet. Give your spouse a massage, be intentful with good pressure, timing and full strokes and good things tend to happen. 

Jan 4 First Breathe

I talk about thinking that you aren't good enough to live out your deepest dreams and desires. 

using self destructive behavior and procrastination to up end opportunities and push your life to where you think you belong.

My new experiment with complete sobriety and how the desire to have a drink every day is actually an eye opening experience that perhaps I had more of a problem than I thought.

Also that animal behavior teaches me lessons about human behavior and that human behavior both from a social level and individual level teaches me lessons about myself.
