March 24th sees Riva Starr’s acclaimed Snatch Records imprint continue their fine form and deliver another mouthwatering release, this time fusing House music royalty Groove Armada together with Switzerland’s Andrea Oliva and the UK-based Richy Ahmed.

This unmissable three-track package follows the world-renowned Grammy-and-Brit-Award-nominated duo’s acclaimed ‘House With Me’ EP (released via Snatch last year) and features two exclusive remixes plus a ‘Re-housed’ version of the EP’s title track.

The package kicks off with the ANTS headliner Andrea Oliva stepping up to add his own spin on the funk-driven dirty House title track ‘House With Me’, opting to place the original’s spoken-word vocal from Ghetto House pioneer Parris Mitchell on top of a high-energy Jackin’ House groove that’s underpinned by a super powerful moody four-note bassline.

The next cut sees Hot Creations regular Richy Ahmed turn Groove Armada’s late-80s/early-90s-esque Balearic House gem ‘U Can’ into a dark and driving Tech House workout, encompassing; a pounding 4/4 beat, trippy techy chord stabs and a squelchy TB-303 acid line to great effect.

Concluding the release, Groove Armada deliver a new version of the EP’s title track ‘House With Me’ but under the name of ‘House That (Re-housed)’, boasting; a reworked arrangement, a stripped-back vocal and an abundance of vintage-sounding House samples.

‘House With Me’ EP Remixes (Andrea Oliva and Richy Ahmed Remixes) is available exclusively via Beatport from March 24th and the rest of the world two weeks later.

Berlin House duo, MAT.JOE are called up for another MOTHER reunion, this time returning to one of the hottest house labels out there with a two track heater of an EP, ‘Sunshine’.

‘Sunshine’ will no doubt be leaving the dancefloors steaming, pitting together an array of percussive house beats, funky interludes and energetic vocal howls against their signature drops of thunderous basslines.

‘What You Want’ is most definitely the cheekier of the two, mixing up a teasing range of funky pads, cheeky guitar riffs and seductive vocal whispers to finally come together and ignite the room through their tasty bassline drops.

Back once again with the ill behaviour, Lord Leopard, the ‘chosen one’, who opened up Edible’s campaign back in 2015, returns to the fold for the label’s quarter century release mark (that’s our 25th release if you’re confused).  Eats Everything’s power-house of house has racked up bombs from Waze & Odyssey, Seb Zito, Alex Virgo, Ben Sterling and Méle, to name but a few, and strides into 2020 with more underground goodies for your lug holes and tootsies.

Futuristic disco pumpers can be heard on the ‘Disco Rage’ EP, as the mighty Lord Leopard literally swings from the mirror-ball with his kecks down; ‘Malibu Stacey’ comes correct with a heady brew of funk laden basslines, orchestral stabs, ascending strings, and hammering beats, whilst ‘Drang’ slaps you around the chops with tuff drums and sweaty basement sounds for some real deal, crunchy French licked house.

Lord Leopard has been busy of late, with releases and remixes for Street Tracks, Classic Music Company, Music For Freaks and Cajual, as well as smashing it at multiple Edible and elrow events.
