Been busy for the past few months and I'm back (for a while lol)Just gave it a shot to write a song again and ended up with this! Very raw, unrehearsed so you'll hear a couple of off moments in the track but I think that's how I really want it to be. Just pure, organic, flawed type of record which pretty much reflects who I am.

This song really speaks to me. People have so many definitions of what 'life' is and they try to influence you on how to live your life - what to do, what not to do, be like this, be like that... And as you process these voices in your head, they just become so loud to the point that you can't her your own voice that tells you... "HEY, THIS IS WHO YOU ARE."

On a personal note, at this moment, I think life is more like a game. You just have to play your cards, whether you make the right move or not, at least it's you who choose to make the moves. You don't let others play your personal game. The moment you take control of it is the moment you start living. So stop overthinking...just roll the dice. Live.

I know na it has been a difficult time for everyone. A lot of uncertainties, sa totoo lang. But ironically, amidst all the uncertainty, there can still be clarity. The pandemic was also able to help me re-center my focus on what is really important and what really is God's direction in my life. Sa pag-alis ng non-essential stores at non-essential activities dahil sa pandemic, all the other "essential" things and activities that I used to have and used to be doing were also stripped from me so I can really hear God clearly.
