These drums are outerworldly awesome, I used to replay this boss battle (and prolong it) just to hear this full track. Hey Josh, I've been listening to your other non-CB music as well and you seem to have matured quite a bit but would you think that you would be able to pull off music like this again?

The drums and the bass are so ridiculously sick on all of your tracks that they could hold it's own! Your use of instruments are so interesting, too! What instruments did you primarily play, Josh? :)

I argue it was your sound that really gave the Crash games their feel. You made innumerable peoples' childhoods.

One of the best tracks in the game, and you only get to listen to it for a short period of time because the boss battle itself is so easy.

Josh Mancell is a Los Angeles-based composer. He has created music for multi-million unit selling video game franchises (Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter), Emmy award-winning television (Clifford the Big Red Dog), festival-acclaimed independent films (The Wake of Light, Love Comes to the Executioner, A Star for Rose, Eat the Sun, etc) and a diverse array of commercials (including Target, McDonalds, EA Games and AT&T), logos and other visual media. Josh is also involved with several bands as both a performer and a producer (Exploding Flowers, Vagrant Winter, Fun Time Objects, Cellborg) and has guest lectured/panel-participated at American Film Institute, Berklee College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, Sarah Lawrence College, UC Irvine, Cal Poly Pomona and LA College of Music College. His iconic music for the Crash Bandicoot video games was performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s Royal Albert Hall in 2018 and music from both the Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter games was performed by the Manchester Video Game Orchestra in 2022.
