In the black label release city alert gets triggerd by chance sometimes. "We don't know what's happening, but we suddenly have this urge to take out a dangerous young man wearing a blue tunic with a rabbid orange rat on his shoulder!"

I wish this was the guard prusit in the game... You make such gripping music it pulls me right into the game despite me not having played it in a few years :)

Oh, question: this theme seems to sync up to how Jak runs. Was that intentional?

Alright I've gotta ask, for years my friends and I have bene in debate on whtether that sound effect here in the middle of the song is a bunch of crows cawing, because it really does sound like that, and the group of us could never agree or disagree on it.. Is it a bunch of crows cawing? If not, what is it?

The boss fight tome at the beginning makes it that much more intense

Josh Mancell is a Los Angeles-based composer. He has created music for multi-million unit selling video game franchises (Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter), Emmy award-winning television (Clifford the Big Red Dog), festival-acclaimed independent films (The Wake of Light, Love Comes to the Executioner, A Star for Rose, Eat the Sun, etc) and a diverse array of commercials (including Target, McDonalds, EA Games and AT&T), logos and other visual media. Josh is also involved with several bands as both a performer and a producer (Exploding Flowers, Vagrant Winter, Fun Time Objects, Cellborg) and has guest lectured/panel-participated at American Film Institute, Berklee College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, Sarah Lawrence College, UC Irvine, Cal Poly Pomona and LA College of Music College. His iconic music for the Crash Bandicoot video games was performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s Royal Albert Hall in 2018 and music from both the Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter games was performed by the Manchester Video Game Orchestra in 2022.
