Born in Almería, Spain, Ital:Gen began producing music in 2014 at the age of 12. He draws influence from genres including reggae, dub, jungle, dubstep, UK garage, and drum and bass.

His style ranges from militaristic UK dub to jungle and drum and bass, incorporating influences from jazz to abstract IDM. Having developed under the mentorship of Indalow Collective, Mystical HiFi, and currently Badawï Sound System, he has released music on labels such as SND SYSTM CLTR and Low Syndicate, and also runs his own label, "Gen Series." He has performed at numerous events, sharing lineups with artists like Bukkha and Gorgon Sound, among others. On the third track of this EP, he collaborates with his longtime friend Oleksa, a Ukrainian-born, Spain-based neurofunk and hardtek producer, venturing into the 140 BPM territory.
