The Phoenix EP release by Relic featuring a number of electronic sub-genres. The EP combines popular musical elements from coast to coast. Tracks like "The Phoenix" and "Psycho Crazy Freestyle (Remix)" include the popular g whistle used in early 90s hip-hop. Tracks like "Hypnotize" and "Thrilled and Chilled" combine elements of trap and east coast sub bass. In the fifth track "Never Grow Old" there are different elements from traditional dubstep sounds and trance melodic harmonies. This is the first EP release by Relic.
