I was lying in my bed with my guitar, playing, letting the songs and lyrics in my head mix and emerge.  I was recording and this came out.  This does not represent the height of my musical artistry nor is it refined in any sense of the word.  This is raw, its real, and its me.  The Spirit compelled me to share this so whoever you are that is supposed to hear this, know your home is waiting.  I am taking a step of faith by putting this out and I hope you will too.  Goodnight.

Flightless

I have been experimenting with the spiritual discipline of spontaneous worship.  This morning God gave me this wisdom.  Stop asking for anything and you will gain everything.  Let God speak through you today.

Take It All Away

This song was an exercise in the creative process for me.  I sat down to write yesterday and decided I would have a song released by today.  Artists are constantly in this trap of perfection where we do not release tracks for years because they are not good enough.  I think at some point we just have to acknowledge the flaws and let them add to the beauty.  

This track is not perfect.  Only Jesus is.  Let this encourage you.
