BubbyB ​ Artist/Producer ​ Raised on the sounds of Blues, Jazz, and Gospel, Joshua "BubbyB" Footman took an early interest in music. The Indiana native loved percussion and quickly picked up playing the drums at the early age of three. By the age of nine Josh began to realize that his voice could be used as an instrument, as well. Since he started from such a diverse musical background, he wanted to continue to immerse himself in all genres of music, from Rock, Pop, Country, Alternative, Neo-soul, R&B, and most recently, Rap. At the age of 14 he started writing and singing songs, and would record himself on a 6 track tape player for fun. Being inspired by his older brothers, and hoping to follow in their footsteps, Josh eventually transitioned from a musician to a producer and composer. He originally started producing beats and instrumentals as a means to help cultivate writing his own songs, but ultimately this would turn into a skill sought out by many other artists.
