DejaVuTheGuru, after embracing his shadow self, breaking cycles of toxicity, and finally realizing his divine purpose, finally released the highly anticipated single “Good Asé”. Asé can be understood as the spiritual power of manifestation. In the track The Guru speaks life into the listener reminding them that they are “energy transponders” and encouraging them to breath in good “prana”(energy), mediate, and work toward breaking the cycles in their own lives. 

DejaVuTheGuru at one point was known simply as Deja Vu, but after almost complexly losing his sanity due to repeating negative patterns of behavior and expecting different results, he finally woke up and became determined to learn from him mistakes. He became The Guru. 

Local to Charlotte, DejaVuTheGuru began performing at local open mics, but struggled to find a solid team to build with. This all changed once DejaVuTheGuru performed at Lyrical Healing and met Porsha The Poet. The stars were finally aligning.

If only he knew how close he was to achieving his dream. After rocking several Lyrical Healing events he became dubbed a “Lyrical Healer” really picking up steam. At the height of this, he became very close with Artizlifedagod, Co-founder and CEO of Artgang and member of YH/Artgang. 

The two formed an inseparable bond thru creativity and  spirituality. The Guru now had a videographer who could see his vision and with the help of his newfound teammate he began to learn how to engineer his own music. 

DejaVuTheGuru is now the newest member of YH/Artgang. He is soon releasing his first EP and after breaking the cycle has truly and will continue to embody the power of manifestation by harnessing his “Good Asé”.

Deja Vu The Guru
