Before I stressed tryna be like the rest, why did I put myself in such test.
But now I’m self-made.

I’m not writing this to better myself, but rather send a message out to those don’t know themself
Life should be more than how you think it should be about
I’m writing these lines and phrases for that one boy who’s behind
To the lonely girl who think’s her appearance is predefined 
I know everybody has a story, but they’re too scared to tell
You just have to find who you are, and not stay withheld 
Don’t feel restricted and limited like you’re wearing a belt
Chase what you love, and don’t let failure label you
The past should always be left unwanted like a cover up tattoo
Find your dream; your full potential is still undone
It’s your life, you should know you only got one
So don’t be scared of what’s to come
You’re still trying to get back your life, and be who you become

I hope this is a  for people to just continue on through life past a bad relationship. We shouldn't dwell on the past and have that affect us.

Took her to watch movies, so that our love could continue moving
Went on double dates with her friend, did my best to be the best boyfriend
But that did nothing as our relationship started to descend into the deep end,
While her dude next started to creep in.

I told her to steer the ship, but the ship was sinking

Life already seemed fine
But now I’m bitter, what could I done to be even better.
She was a Lakers fan and told me she wanted more,
Wanted me to stop acting like I was eight and become twenty-four (Kobe)
But she didn’t want me to drop to age the of sixty, goddamm why was she so hella picky?

To me, our relationship was temporary, like a made in china accessory
I know did nothing wrong 
While she was with another dude, I did my best to keep strong
And while she was getting screwed, I took one small step away from her like I was Neil Armstrong
