Cold Blue is one of the best trance producers out there at the minute! With his epic remix of Alex Di Stefano 'I've Got the Power' (w/ Talla 2XLC) doing so well recently and going top 10 on Beatport, we wanted to sign him up to the label with this big and anthemic original single called 'Poseidon'! The God of Atlantis was obviously looking down on Cold Blue when he wrote this, it would shake any dancefloor to the bottom of the sea! This is an unmissable future anthem right here, check it out! In this edition we have 4 cutting-edge tracks from relative newcomers of the trance scene, Airborn, Allan Morrow, Jase Thirlwall and Laura May. Chicago Loop’s debut release ‘Stereo Vice’ on Techburst last year went down a storm in techno-land, along with his equally big remix of Hackler & Kuch ‘Strange Objects’. Now he is back with some of his biggest productions to date, in our opinion! The first track on the EP is titled ‘Kush’ and is a real nasty son-of-a-gun that takes a big loan of Mauro Picotto’s old ‘BXR’ sound, but carves it into CL’s own unique and aggressive arrangement. Next up we have ‘Use Me’ which pounds along like a juggernaut, right up until it’s very original and unconventional breakdown and build, proving that you don’t need loads of elements, along with the kitchen sink, to send a crowd into a frenzy. This is first class techno from Ant Wilson!
