This is an album I worked on and recorded between 2006 and 2008 after loosing my best friend Bill Pfalmer, to a heroin overdose in the fall of 2006.  Most of these songs were written in my early to mid 20's throughout a ten year period and describe what I was feeling and experiencing in life at the time I wrote the songs.  A number of songs were written about or based on experiences I had with Billy Pfalmer.  Some songs are written about ex girlfriends and other events.  The album was recorded in a friends studio apartment and thus lacks production, however, I like the songs.  This is really 90's style pop punk album played on acoustic guitar.  The album is dedicated to William Clark Pfalmer.

Joshua “Josh” Mischke is a well-established Colorado real estate investor who concentrates on private-lending strategies that enable various development ventures. In this role, he oversees the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties spanning diverse retail and rental markets. A particular focus of Joshua Mischke’s is on rental properties and single-family fix and flips, and he works to accelerate projects with significant upside potential. 

Mischke has past experience as the owner and founder of Heart in Colorado, where he oversaw a startup that created unique stickers and other products that emphasized state pride. Inspired by the similar Heart in Oregon concept, he successfully sold the fledgling company to an entrepreneur who went on to establish the Heart Sticker Company, which now covers all 50 states. 

Josh Mischke has also been active on public issues and while living in Portland, Oregon, he gathered petition signatures for Democracy in Action and educated local residents on ballot initiatives. Passionate about cycling, Joshua Mischke undertook a fixed-gear conversion of a Peugeot bicycle from the early 1970s that required sourcing many vintage components.
