Okay I have a confession: I've been making music for 15 years and have never released a single track.  Ive created a lot of tests or experiments, but never finished anything I could actually call "mine".  Fear held me back – the fear of judgment, of imperfection, of not being "good enough."

Something shifted. Today, my first song is out in the world. It might be a little rough around the edges (okay, there are definitely some clicks I missed!), and the lyrics are heartbreakingly simple: "who you love, not me." But you know what? I'm incredibly proud of it.

Why? Because it's finished. It exists. And that, more than any technical polish, is a victory after so long spent hiding my work.

Here's the thing I realized: I wasn't just scared of putting my music out there; I was scared of actually moving forward.  But creating something, anything, and sharing it is the only way to break that cycle.

This song, made in just four hours,  is proof of that.  It's not perfect, but that's the beauty of it. I learned more in those four hours than I have in years of hesitating.

If you feel stuck in a similar way, whether it's music, writing, art, or any other passion project, let this be your sign. Done is always better than perfect.  Don't spend a decade waiting for the right moment. That moment is NOW.

Start small, forgive the rough edges, and just hit SHARE.  It's scary, it's vulnerable, and it's the most empowering thing you can do for your creative spirit.
