This song is completely original.  I wrote it on my guitar and recorded everything from the ground up.

Here's my cover of maroon 5's "Sugar".  I did mostly everything in one day, creating the foundation for the entire cover.  I initially heard the song on Youtube, and right away knew it was something I wanted to cover because it's so different than what I'd normally do. UPDATE(7/17/15)- This project has been a bit of an experiment.  I changed the entire style of the song and kept the same vocals.  I'd love to hear some feedback on this new update if you have time, thank you for listening! 

This song turned out to be a challenge.  I worked backwards and created the entire track first in one night, then I went back and began writing lyrics.  It took me a while to figure out where to go lyrically and melodically.  I changed the melody and lyrics at least five times.  But in the end I think something very interesting came out of it all.

Light, Fire & Ice is a song I never thought I'd finish.  It was an idea that got left in a folder, collecting digital dust.  It's when you haven't heard something in a while that you can hear it once again with fresh ears, and that's what happened.  I found it, and realized, it had potential.  I kept this very simple with just my voice and the piano.  Enjoy!  Let me know what this song means to you.

I'm a little late with this 2019 mashup, I wasn't even going to post it, but I decided to finish it anyway.  Last time I checked there were over 30 songs I put into this mashup, and some of them are from 2018 but they became popular and peaked in 2019 which is why I decided to include them into this mashup.  Can you recognize all the songs in this mashup?  With this mashup I just included the piano, my violin, and my voice of course.  I coupled a synth with the violin parts I recorded to make them sound a bit fuller.
