Josie (LadyJoJo) has been involved with the performing arts from a young age. Singing and dancing (Ballet-hip hop,break dancing,Latin) poetry writing, and at age of 16 writing lyrics for songs. Among poetry contests, she had done some choreography for grammar school shows, and come high school was the class choir president for 3 years. In 2003 Josie entered a B96 Chicago's famous radio station's  American Idol Contest, out of 5000 entries from all over, she was one of 50 contestants that performed at Great America Theme parks in Illinois.Her musical influences and sounds are of Stevie Nicks, Etta James, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige and Pat Benatar. . She met a man who was a well known DJ Flame, where they became partners & planned to get married and start a business in the music industry. Him with his good ear with intertwining beats... and her with her lyrics & vocals, he passed away. But with all the associations of people that she had met through Flame, she slowly started to become more involved with events & people around Chicago & internationally.  Then Met Jose & Dan, producers for Allstar Record Productions©, and works as administrative assistant, talent scout, and singer. She had the opportunity (Thank you Jesus for the blessing) to go into the studio with her own lyrics at Sonic Palace Music Oakpark, Il (Chicago) and drop her own track. Of which she did ' Sexual Seduction ' . Loving God, and knowing she has Jesus in her heart... she wants to bring a unique twist to the lyrics she writes.
