Sound bytes of fleeting moments, Innellea make their name known on Steyoyoke bringing us two originals and two remixes with their EP Colante. The title track ‘Colante’ includes a remix by Nick Devon, and ‘Galagant’ is accompanied by a remix from Dahu. Another awe-inspiring, hypnotic EP brought to you by Steyoyoke, ‘Colante’ has no boundaries.

Innellea’s original ‘Colante’ contains very strong, domineering kicks and melodies, which control and confound the track’s pace, constantly teasing your ears. The curious bass lines serve as a marvelous foundation for both the original and remix. Nick Devon takes on his own approach with ‘Colante’, adding his own flavours and tempo, as this tastefully composed track slinks shyly into your mind.

‘Galangant’, a spicy track best served hot, features beautifully arranged synths which lure and capture your soul and heart simultaneously. The intelligent use and variation of highs has made a creatively curious composition. Dahu’s take on ‘Galangant’ features his own approach towards sound manipulation, creating an eerie effect on this ethereal track. Making the original only more mystifying, Dahu truly knows how to add clouds to the darkness!

Another breath-taking EP from Steyoyoke, and an achievement for Innellea, Dahu, and Nick Devon. The magic music that Steyoyoke gives birth to can only push the realms of house, tech, and techno even further, as proven time and time again. Our crew at the Upon.You Records offices is keeping the release schedule busy these days, constantly scanning the scene for new and upcoming talent and keen to pick an exquisite selection of club tracks for the labels catalogue. Therefore we're glad to announce the arrival of Innellea, a highly talented production team from Munich which has been leaving some marks on the scene with their 2016 singles on Musica Autonomica and Underyourskin Records.Lillith, the first track on this three track single, is on a quite groove tip, presenting a hot, stripped down take on TechHouse as a solid foundation for intricate melodic structures which are ever building up until a warm and welcoming vintage synth motif caters heaps of bass for bubbling crowds.With the title track Apate the Munich-based duo brings in more decent tropical heat for heaving dancefloors which are getting an extra thrill from ever background percussions with a slightly latin-influenced twist, a distinct, repetetive motif, a super dense athmosphere and a sexy as fuck lead organ catering the ultimate, hormone-driven swing to set every club on fire. Finally Imignie weighs in a slightly more futuristic flavour, combining super dry bassdrums and micro sweeps in its intro sequence, later accompanied by a overwhelmingly climactive bass drone and spiralling synths sharing space with mystic atmospheres, all together taking us and the ravers on the floor to new, unexplored realms of out consciousness.

For Selador's second installment of 2019, the label switches from Switzerland to Sweden and turns its attention to the one and only Zoo Brazil.

For his first full release for Selador he enlists two of his most trusted collaborators in the form Wolf & Moon. The singer/songwriters bring added dimension to John’s deliciously lo-slung indie flavored groove, their repetitive alternating vocal hooks stubbornly etching their way into your subconscious. 

Remixes come from Mr. Dave Seaman who applies a driving club backbone to proceedings in addition to his inimitable sense of dance floor theatrics, whilst Zoo Brazil’s own Club Dub offers a different route to the promised land. A revolving door of hallelujah and glory be.
