Heyo friends, returning back to earth from the week away at the doof and what do we have here ?! An absolute romper stomper of a premiere by the Russian duo - Spintribe that has just made us shoot through the roof here at SSA HQ. 

Making their debut on the Canadian label - Techgnosis Records, Spintribe dive slightly away from their signature bubbly, day time psychedelia to rock your world with this hard hitting, peak-time monster - 'Minitaur'. The track's titled inspired by the Moog bass synth, Spintribe have clinically extracted the power and earth shaking qualities that this powerful analogue synth possesses, and have turned it into a memorable dance-floor anthem, with an infectious groove that will prove it to be one of the most played tracks in the festival scene.

Soul Sparkle EP by Caballero (MEX) is an alluring modern take on progressive, psychedelic techno. Interestingly, it lends from dub, dub techno, techno and house while exuding an array of contrasting tone colours such as analog sounds, organic drums and intricate, glitchy textures. Melbourne's (AUS) Aleckat hits it out of the park with his decadent zenonesque take of the EP title track with on-point use of Caballero's stems. All in all this EP is truly innovative and oceanic in depth.

We are ecstatic to be kicking off the 2022 Techgnosis Records lineup with a ferocious showing from the always-impressive Aleckat, who first made his label debut exactly 2 years ago. We celebrate this auspicious occasion with the release of 'Scritchy', a truly exceptional mini-album comprised of 5 brand new creations, with 2 of those getting a proper remix treatment from scene icons Miles From Mars and a collaborative rework from fellow Australian artists, the talented Tomchilla and Lektrk. Jossie Telch has dedicated his life to music: with a long and established background as a drummer and producer, which led to a degree in musical synthesis from Boston's Berklee College of Music in 2004.  After graduating from Berklee he moved back to his hometown, Mexico City, founding the state-of-the-art music studio from which he has been working ever since.   Jossie's expertise encompasses almost every facet of music production such as mixing, mastering and recording, as well as film scoring and jingle composition.  Perhaps more than all, Jossie has garnered incredible acclaim for his original and infectious productions.  Jossie's first-ever release "Breaking Stereo" (Undergroove Music) immediately catapulted him to the top of the Beatport sales chart within the genre, with each new release since  detonating at the top of the charts and across dancefloors worldwide.  Impressed by his explosive energy and musical sophistication, legendary label Digital Structures released his latest EP "Uncommon" in March.  Jossie and his music have set sound systems ablaze and crowds throbbing at top festivals such as Universo Paralelo in Brazil and Time and Space in Mexico.  Keep your ears on Jossie as his beats continue to furiously, beautifully take flight!
