Born in Cali, Colombia, Jonathan Jaramillo has risen through the ranks of his city’s vibrant electronic music scene, carving out a sound that blends Latin influences with fresh house sounds. His sound, rooted in early 2000s house music and with a deep appreciation for tribal rhythms, have culminated in a production style rich in percussive elements, seamlessly fusing salsa and Latin flavours. With releases on labels like Nervous, Sticker Music and others, he now steps things up with an impressive debut on Stacey Pullen’s Blackflag Recordings, presenting his two-track ‘Good Enough’ EP.
The title track, featuring Fenky, is a vibrant fusion of intricate percussion and infectious grooves, layered with vibrant vocal chops and playful rhythms, while ‘The Systems’ continues the momentum, delivering a deep, hypnotic groove that captivates listeners, underpinned by Jaramillo’s rhythmic textures, sweeping synths and trippy effects.

Premiere: Jonathan Jaramillo - The Systems [Blackflag Recordings]

Paco Osuna's record label, Mindshake presents a collaborative three-track tech house EP with scorching hot grooves by Chinonegro and Andre Butano

Andre Butano is a Chilean artist who is back on Mindshake after featuring original music on the imprint in 2021. That release was made alongside Aldo Cadiz, and he regularly teams up with others, including collaborations with people ranging from Mendo to Miguel Lobo. His upbeat style has flowing percussion underpinned by rolling basslines, and his music has been released on prestigious record labels including the likes of Relief, Desolat and Circus Recordings.

This is the second time that Andre Butano has collaborated with Chinonegro, as the pair recently teamed up to drop an EP via 8Bit.

Chinonegro is a Peruvian artist who knows exactly how to work a dance floor into a frenzy after spending many years as an international resident of Club Room Chile. He has translated that knowledge of how to captivate a dance floor into his productions, which have been release by labels such as Elrow Music and Kaluki Musik. Chinonegro's music has also found heavyweight support by DJs ranging from The Martinez Brothers to wAFF.

BIO
Born in Alicante and currently living in Vitoria, Josu became interested in electronic music at the age of 16, but it was not until his majority that he decided to jump into the cabins and two years later enter fully into the world of production.


Faithful to his underground style, based on Tech House, with great influences from House of the 80's and 90's, his sets are full of groove, melodies and forceful sounds, focused on the dance floor, with a single goal, to make dance.


In his facet as a producer he has more than 100 references for sale, published in major international labels such as: Elrow Music, Moan, Noexcuse, New Violence, Criminal Hype, Be One, La Pera Records, Oblack, Go Deeva, Pauls Boutique, Happy Techno, Little Helpers, Low Groove, Natura Viva among many others.


Josu has become a regular at the Beatport TOP, highlighting his number one track "Chance" for several months. This has led him to rank among the 100 best artists Minimal / Deep Tech in 2017 and 2018, a position in which he remains this 2019.


His hard work in the studio has led him to have his music supported by great artists such as: Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, Luciano, Paco Osuna, Neverdogs, Stefano Noferini...


As a DJ he has performed in some of the best clubs in Europe such as: Pacha (Ibiza) , Bora Bora (Ibiza) Sonora (Bilbao), 93 Feet East (London), Kremlim (Lisbon), Barraca (Valencia), L'antirouille (Montpellier), Wateke (Valencia) among others. And it is in 2019 when he crosses the pond, making his first tour of Latin America.
