In the year 1606, the famous Italian artist Caravaggio produced the painting Supper at Emmaus. This celebrated picture is housed in the capital Milan. Supper at Emmaus 1606 describes the event that unfolded as recorded in the Holy Bible, specifically in the book of Luke 24.

Caravaggio had mellowed during the four or five years intervening between the two versions of the subject, and this Emmaus has become sacramental in effect. Although its format is similar, details have changed: the aged serving woman added, the innkeeper moved to Christ's left, the still life reduced to a meager supper; and the poses and gestures have ceased to be bombastic. The colors, still varied in hue, have become less striking, the light softened, the atmosphere deepened, the fattura loosened and its glossiness dulled - as in The Death of the Virgin. These changes, none very drastic in itself, indicate a transformed conception of the subject.

Für ihr Verhältnisse kommt der Mix mit 85 Bpm zwar recht gemütlich um die Ecke, zeigt uns aber wieder einmal mehr, dass die Bpm-Zahl allein keine Einordnung in die Energie zulässt. Sphärische Klänge gepaart mit intelligentem Groove erzeugen eine fulminante Wirkung. Der Flow der sich von Anfang bis Ende durchzieht erlaubt es einem nicht, den Mix auszuschalten. Fast wie in Trance gefangen muss man diesen Mix bis zum Ende hören - Lasst euch verzaubern 🌀

💿 Fühle den Flow 💿 

✍️ Flow ist ein Zustand maximaler Energie. Diese Energie konzentriert sich auf eine bestimmte Sache und ermöglicht einen überaus starken Fokus. Flow lässt sich in und für alles Mögliche aufbauen, ganz gleich ob für kognitive oder physische Prozesse. Man kann buchstäblich Berge versetzen und auch große Herausforderungen werden voller Tatendrang angenommen. Ein Flowzustand kann bewusst forciert und angestrebt werden. Meistens geschieht er jedoch ganz von selbst. Eben quält man sich noch durch einen Berg von Arbeit und plötzlich erblüht neue Kraft in einem auf. Der Flow ist ein nützliches Tool, um das Leben einfacher und mit mehr Freude zu leben.

🎵 Der heutige KataHaifisch Podcast groovt mit dem Frühlingsanfang. Ohne Eile und tiefentspannt erklingt der gut gestimmte Flügel, eingebettet in einen fröhlichen Percusissionteppich, ummantelt von einem behutsam gezupften Bass. Liebliche Stimmen regen das höhere Selbst zum abschweifen und Körper und Geist zum ausspannen an. Adrian Schneider kuratiert einen wunderschönen Frühlingstag, musikalisch zu einem Hochgenuss der Sinne. So macht der April Spaß.

Kauz Garage - April 23

Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10 year-old witch apprentice) finally reached the shore. It was the very first time that they saw the Baltic Sea and they were duly impressed. The gale force winds made their long white dresses flap in the wind and their long hair was being blown in all kinds of directions, while high waves were roaring around them.
Despite the fact it was a cold and windy day in April, they didn’t hesitate for long. They slipped out of their dresses and waded into the water, holding hands to avoid being swept away by the high waves. The Baltic Sea was really wild and restless that day, and the girls had to battle for many minutes before they finally managed to reach water which was deep enough to dive into. They let go and felt how they got swept away by the retreating tide along a shallow gully, still holding hands firmly. Finally they reached the open sea. The wind was still as fierce but the waves were not that high anymore. So they decided to dip under water. The serene silence was in complete contrast with the deafening roar of the high waves on the surface of the sea.  So they decided to dive deeper, where the water was perfectly peaceful and calm, but also so murky that they could barely see their hands before their face.  So the witches had to search their way intuitively. 
They swam around for a couple of hours until something strange happened. The murky water suddenly became clearer and a few minutes later the water was perfectly clear and had a mesmerizing aquamarine glow. They could even see the sunrays shining down from above. This was a true oasis in the middle of the Baltic Sea. The area was also full of fish which were swimming around lazily. The girls even spotted a family of harbour porpoises, which is a critically endangered species in the Baltic. These marine mammals showed the witches the way to the centre of this marine oasis, where they met Paul The Octopus. The legend of this psychic octopus who can predict the future was well known, but Hekske had always thought that Paul was just a mythical animal which didn’t really exist. But exist he did, and the octopus was showing a myriad of different luminous colors, sparkling bright as a diamond in the sun. 
Paul had been expecting the witches for days. He stretched out his 8 arms and gave a welcome hug to the young witches. For the girls this was a very special feeling, as the skin of an octopus feels like nothing else on this planet, soft and firm at the same time … even very firm as they felt his suckers all over their bodies. The arms of the octopus were completely wrapped around Hekske and Falke, who surrendered to the serene and gentle energy of this beautiful sea dweller. Paul took the witches for a graceful slow dance through the aquamarine water. The girls lost all sense of space and time, and felt deeply connected … not only with this octopus, but also with the whole Baltic Sea. They couldn’t tell whether this tender embrace lasted for minutes or even hours, but they wanted this experience to go on forever …

josy5..born in 1972, passionate about all genres of music (except heavy metal :D) since 1980 and especially by house and German electronic music since 1988, became a vinyl dj between 1990 and 2000 in the forests and fields of South of France.
Then a 20-year break , but while accumulating and refining his musical genre) returns to the decks in the summer of 2022, this time using digital, and all his advantages..
downtempo, mid tempo, taking pleasure in mixing different genres, he creates podcasts with the ambition of creating a story.
