Such a greatful experience to be part of one of the last Farewell events at Watergate. This night will always stick with me. Opening the waterfloor and then diving into all the amazing sets that followed was something special.

Huge thanks to everyone who made this happen, especially Lewin, Robin und Uli, along with the awesome Watergate team.

BIOGRAPHY

The Berlin - based DJ and producer, Bonnie Spacey, has been burning
dancefloors around the world for nearly a decade. She shines both behind the turntables and in her productions, having immersed herself in the world of electronic music at the youngest age. Merging these sounds with her first love, the guitar, Bonnie offers a daring blend of indie dance, captivating techno, and dark disco. 

As a prolific producer, she has released tracks on prestigious labels like Exploited, Phisica, Jeahmon!, and Lumière Noire, to name a few. 

In 2019, she founded Critical Monday, where she dropped the single « Don’t » which immediately garnered success, suported Dixon and Jennifer Cardini. Dedicated to the electrifying fusion of techno and rock, Critical Monday is definitevely dedicated to club music, as evident in the releases by Curses, Rafael Cerato, Shubostar, Tony Y Not, Günce Aci, and Mala Ika.

At the age of 14 the Doubljuh started to experiment with his first DJ setup until mixing music with vinyl became his second nature. His first attempts were characterized by Chicago House (Bad Boy Bill, Richard Humpty vission), Ghetto House/Booty House (Dj Funk, Dj Deeon) and especially Funky Disco House (Boogie Pimps, Armand van Helden, Bob Sinclar, Olav Basoski). Early on a varied House style with groovy melodies and catchy vocals arose. He impressed his audience first as a newcomer of the Tectrex Crew and performed as Resident DJ in the show „Rookie Freaks“ via the Tectrex Webstream. His opinion about electronic music fundamentally changed in summer 2013 after his visits to legendary festivals such as Fusion and Kazantip, which included a short performance. He got to know and love melodic Deep House, which strongly shaped his music style since that time. Now the familiar groovy House beats take turns with soft parts and enchant the audience with frisky melodies of the violin and the piano. This results in fresh sounds, which are still highly characterized by catchy vocals.In 2015, he founded the DJ collective “deep stories” together with Kork, which is very successful with its podcast series on Soundcloud thanks to its innovative concept. He is currently on tour in Hamburg and Berlin with the deep stories showcase.

This will be a big night to remember. I had the honor of joining Karneval de Purim at Renate Berlin for their 2025 edition, and what a celebration it was! 
I was humbled to see so much love, respect, inclusion and positive vibes: Free of hate, of fear and of all the worries of these incredibly difficult times. Everyone just smiling, glowing and dancing through the night.
Even in the later hours, I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, happier crowd: Thank you for dancing with me nonstop and filling the dance floor with your moves, shouts and such a powerful energy.
It was an honor sharing the Green Room with incredible artists, who I was lucky enough to meet personally that night and were the sweetest souls!
Last but not least, a massive thank you to the section8crew for the invitation and for pulling off such a spectacular event. Still feels like it was yesterday!

Ex-członek duetu Sonic Saturation, z którym odwiedził wszystkie ważniejsze kluby w Polsce i wypuścił kilkanaście melodyjnych piosenek na składankach w kraju i za granicą. Współautor pierwszego polskiego vinyla drum and bass'owego. Ex-członek kilku kolektywów dj'skich. Ex-młodzieniec. 

Po 10-ciu latach nieobecności na scenie sprawdza, czy da się dwa razy wejść do tej samej rzeki. Muzycznie wciąż utrzymuje, że gra deep house, choć wszyscy przekonują go, że jest inaczej.
