"We are eternal beings in temporary vessels. And the love we carry—if it is agape—can outlast time, disappointment, and even death."

🌿 What Is Love, Really?
Love. It’s the thread that weaves our lives together. We long for it, fight for it, and sometimes grieve its loss. But how do we truly define it?

As I composed Agape, I found myself diving deep into this question. Not the fleeting definition shaped by culture or passing trends—but the kind of love that feels eternal.

🔥 Agape: A Higher Love
The Greek word ἀγάπη (agape) means selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love.
It is often used in the New Testament to describe God's unwavering love for humanity—and the kind of love we are called to embody toward one another.

Agape is humble. It does not seek reward.
It is present even in pain, even when not returned.

💔 Fragile and Eternal
Though eternal in nature, love in the human experience is living—and living things can be nurtured or neglected, injured or even destroyed.
Every experience of love leaves a mark. These marks stay with us—both the beautiful and the broken.

But rather than fear this truth, Agape invites us to embrace it.

🧠 A Mindset of Eternal Love
What if we chose a mindset that allows us to:

Experience love without fear?

Preserve love with wisdom?

Understand its eternal value, even through pain?

This track is a call to that mindset. A vibration of healing, comprehension, and spiritual presence that can guide us through what was, and lead us toward what will be.

I am burdened and blessed with the pain of feel...I am choosing to sit and remain in this real.

We run from the deep, refusing to look more than a stride...holding our own power to remain in pride...

I get it.To sit and feel and watch and peel...And the longer you run from humanity real...the deeper the wound and infection to steal.

I know it hurts.I am so sorry that it hurts.

Maybe that’s why, when a newborn child is born,the first instinct is to cry—our first real emotionreleased from inside.

In the womb, shielded by warmth, floating in fluid,cushioned from gravity and all the uncomfortablesenses that make a human feel...I could imagine—if they could speak—their first wordmight be interpreted as “OUCH.”Everything hurts.What is this feel?

Then comes adaptation...to the pain, the discomfort of a strange new world... of feel.

And then—a gentle, warm embrace.A soothing voice to appeal:“There, there... I know it hurts.I know it’s scary.I know exactly how you feel.But I’m here.Don’t you worry.You are safe. You are loved.And it’s going to be ok.”

The reality of it all is thatit’s not even that warm for us all.But nevertheless, we are all born into a cruel and painful existence.Some just meet it sooner than others.And no matter how much love we have surrounding us...it’s still going to hurt.

But we continue to adapt.We grow—even that hurts—and we try desperately to find our safe spaces...in people, places, and things.

I do want you to know:it will be hard to find those spaces sometimes.But you will always find them in God the Father who loves you.And He is RIGHT there with YOU.

He Himself came down to earth as a baby to feel what we feel.I believe He wanted to truly understand what it is to be human—to experience this condition of FEEL.And I surely believe He did.

His heart took compassionon our surviving existence.For real.

The highest form of divinity and humanityis the ability to feel and not shrink away—and then to stand in the place of anotherfor the mere gain of understanding their pain.

Who does that?Who wants to do that?"OUCH."

Nonetheless, if you don’t...and you may not believe this...but if you don’t...the pain will hurt worse.

Eventually, the pain becomes numb to your own heart.And then... you begin to hurt others.And no longer realize the apathythat has now controlled your humanity.

It doesn’t take a strong or courageous person to feel.And yet—when you do—the act itself invites you into a divinity and humanitythat will strengthen and encouragethe weakest hearts.

"In our weakness, He is made strong."

In a world ever seeking its own,higher and higher to places unknown...I invite you to come sit for a while and feel.

Find your humanity.And yes—it will hurt.For real.

But lay down your burdensand lean into the One...who made our beings to be held by the Sun.

If you are hurting... it’s ok.I hurt too.

Allow yourself to sit and remember:you have been adapting for a very long time now.And that’s tiring.

Give yourself rest.Accept that it hurts.You don’t need to harden to exist.Feel your humanity once again—and breathe.

You are not alone.You are not the only one.

What makes us human,and keeps us human...is to feel.

It will be hard.But I believe we can do this—together.

“His mercies are new every morning.”You can begin again. Over and over again.

You don’t need to be perfect.Or accomplished.Or rich.

When you understand that you already are...just because you exist...

Today, I gave myself permission to stop chasing the life everyone else told me I needed.The success. The power. The performance. The constant “fix.”I laid it all down.

Because some things in this life are not fixable.And pretending otherwise can become another form of violence against the soul.

Internal is a song made from honest surrender.From choosing to sit in sadness without shame.From giving up the exhausting search for happinessand choosing, instead, to seek peace.

Not a forced peace.Not a shallow one.But the kind that God whispers into the torn places:

This is for "The Invisible People"— We Can Do Better, and We Must

I came across a video about Finland’s Housing First program—15 years of actively choosing to prioritize human lives over bureaucracy, politics, and excuses. As I watched, I wept. Not just for them, but for all of us. Because we’ve forgotten how to be human.

I’ve lived in big cities and small towns.  I’ve served the homeless. I’ve been without a home. I have watched others in my own family and friend groups experience the same at some point in their life. I realized turning a year older that I can say have every year of my life touched and seen, lived, and experienced the heartbreak firsthand. And every time I see someone sleeping on concrete or staring through me with hollow eyes, a part of my soul cries out: this is not how it should be.

I made this song, "The Invisible People," as a tribute. For those we step over. For those still fighting. For those we label and cast aside.

We need to remember what it means to see each other again. To care enough to do something. Real change is possible. I’ve seen it now. And I believe we can bring it here.

This isn’t just music—it’s a movement.
This isn’t just a birthday—it’s a rebirth of purpose.

Let’s learn. Let’s act. Let’s love one another back to life.

This song is dedicated to the invisible people.
To those sleeping on sidewalks while the world looks away.
To the souls discarded by a system that profits from suffering.

May this be a call to remembrance, a call to action, and a call to love.
