In this excerpt from our recent Equinox Community Gathering, we receive a transmission from Dream Arc Wisdom Keeper Shannon Lee, about the Dragon, a being important to her lineage. Drawing upon the wisdom of her father Bruce Lee, through Shannon's own unique lens, we welcome an old and familiar creature into the Dream Arc family. 

Shannon Lee is the Chair of the Bruce Lee Foundation, the CEO and Owner of the Bruce Lee Family Companies and the daughter of martial artist and cultural icon, Bruce Lee. Shannon’s overall mission is to provide access to her family’s wisdom and practices through education and entertainment and be a cause of healing and unity in the world.

The second part of my second long mix providing a musical space for journeys within. Expect 3nd part in mid October 2018

At some track transitions nature sounds are used, for others a track is mixed into the next. For a few silence is used. This is done, as it for me is important to focus also on the silence and ambient sounds of our planet. It is from this, that the music arises. "Part 1 - Settling" is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music.
"Part 2 - Going Deep" is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through
"Part 3 - Coming Back" will be posted in the near future , and is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
