Monsters in my head is a song about all the monsters that crawl into your life. The monsters are a methafor for all the bad habbits that come into your life as little sweet creatures that say they are going to help you. For example that little piece of chocolate when you are feeling sad that often turns into a bag of chocolate. 
In this song I'm saying no to these monsters and telling myself I want to defeat them and be a strong person again.
