Starting from productions for the legendary 90s UMM Italian label, and during 20 years, Tuccillo has being an integral part of the winding paths of “house music ". Outlasting to influences, firm in its support to vinyl and creating from his analog world.

Over the years, digital instruments have been incorporated into his set up and propelled by a timeless sense of sound and immaculate production, he still prefers to mix down manually and modulate loops directly from the hardware, as part of his imprint.

Tuccillo brings with regularly his deep sound to the most noted clubs and nights around the world including fabric London, Watergate ,Sankeys Manchester,Space Ibiza , Dc -10 or Zoo Project Ibiza .

In 2013 has exemplified his love for the music with close partners and they embarked on the groundwork and runs Unblock Music new label.Tuccillo at the top of his game, designs his plan for the careful launch of a collage of genres, new grooves and more intimacy with techno.

The last productions marks a difference and define the Tuccillo music relocation with a slew of new material as " Seclusion EP " , in partnership with Shaun Reeves for Visionquest , or the rmx among Ralph Lawson " Reach Out to Me" (Karen Pollard ) for Hard Times  and in the same time  keep broadening the borders of his " Unblock" label affiliations , as a advance the upcoming  " Unb 003 "Retro City  EP " , with Tomoki Tamura original and incluiding new mixes from Djebali , Sekret and Tuccillo .

For his first album on Gourmand Music Recordings, JR From Dallas offers us what he is best at: 
Raw house and Ghetto beats coming straight out from the underground.
He cooked for us 8 wonderful tracks elaborated with love and his digging expertise.
JRs agility and love for house music allows him to collaborate with different artists in many different genres, adding his heavy and strong sound signature and flavour to the tracks.
He invited 4 of his friend to participate to his musical journey:  Hatelate the French house prodigy edited on and Ondule Recordings, Ryutaro and GO AKA Dj Lulu and DJ Gas, the Japanese rising stars of underground house edited on Gourmand Music Recordings and Frosted Recordingsand lastely Nouskynousk and his funky goove and French house touch, part of the gourmand family for more than 3 years now and also edited on MoodyHouse Recordings.

JR From Dallas - World House Experience LP (Teaser)

Deejay/producer, Chicago House purist, JR From Dallas draws his influences from jackin, deep and tech-house, but keeping that 90's house oldschool beat.

His tracks have been played by the finest's underground house djs such as Mark Farina, Phil Weeks, Hector Moralez, 1200 Warriors, Nick Holder, Roger Sanchez …

In 2007, he launches his label GOURMAND MUSIC RECORDINGS signing essentially american artists but also european talents. Gourmand's roster includes Giano, Cubase Dan, Tommy Largo, Bart Ricardo, Masss and Dave Dubbz just to name a few.

In 2011, Phil Weeks discovers him and signs him to Robsoul Recordings where he released a successful EP. That same year, JR From Dallas entered the family of the legendary american label TANGO RECORDINGS

JR From Dallas is now an established artist known for his unique Jackin sound. You can also find JR's music on Farris Wheel Recordings, Greenhouse Recordings, Maracuja Recordings, Phobic Recordings, Funkfield Recordings, Kolour Recordings…
