Last song of 2023

One of my dearest friends had his first son 3 years ago. He was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. My friend and his partner did everything they could to save their son’s life. Moving all over the country to get him the best treatment possible. Although we lived far from one another my friend and I would come together to make music throughout his son’s treatment. The music we made were as prayers for healing. The music took on a life of its own as it helped heal and sooth the pain that came from that sickness. This is the first  track made after treatment, his son is officially cancer free! The little one that can be heard in this track is that young extremely strong and brave little boy! Our hearts were filled with gratitude and love whilst we made this song. Love and healing to all who listen!

Start by focusing on your body… feel your connection to the ground… sit … narrow your attention to your breath… sit… when you realize your mind has wandered, take a step back and with out judgement look at your thought…  let the thought go by gently saying  “ thinking”  out loud… compassion will grow from this gentle letting go and redirection of attention back to your breath… sit… be still. Be you. Be  nothing. Be everything.
