I heard a live recording of a marvelous Pianist Misuzu Tanaka.  She performed on a 1907 Bluthner concert grand piano that Rachmaninoff and his European and Russian contemporaries might have played.  What stood out for me, is the incredible dynamic range of this early pianoforte.  Ms. Tanaka performed Moments Musicaux, Op. 16 by Rachmaninoff.  I fell in love with her performance, the piano and musical work.  I have small hands, so Rachmaninoff was off limits for me. I was expecting to hear a grandiose and flashy yet brilliant piece with lots of embellishment and drama.   Instead, I heard an emotional piece with intricate and delicate embellishments; and expressive rubato melodies with space between notes; and moments of very slow, and molto pianissimo passages, that seem to be improvised throughout the work. As a result, I created my own version of Moments Musicaux.  Thank you for listening! Pianissimo Suite for Piano

And here it is! The mix I said I was going to do, so, glad to say, "No Bullshit was spread this time!!!"
Not the theme I'd intended though, the title was going to be something insulting towards DPD, or parcel delivery companies in general! but I decided not to, they're still getting slated though, Here!  Because they fucking deserve it!!!
I wasted good time, writing instructions on where to leave the parcel, and how to access the security door, up to 15:00pm, so as I was leaving work, I checked my email, only to be informed that they were delivering it to a collection locker!  The previous evening, I viewed a list of lockers near to me, there were two that were 10 minutes or less walking distance from me, but No, they didn't take it to one of those, instead it was one, located on the outskirts of town!!!  I typed postcode into google maps, it said it would take 27 minutes to walk there!  It actually took me, 39 minute to walk there, sort my parcel, and walk home again!  It took longer for me to stop sweating lol 😹
So either, the driver never read my instruction, lied about the attempted delivery, or couldn't understand English! The time of the attempted delivery was logged as 14:48 so all he had to do was press a fucking button, walk halfway up some fucking stairs and throw the parcel at my front door! Useless fucking tosspot, they  just mar the excellent service that is provided by the company they're delivering for!!!
Still nowhere near as bad as Arsel force though! 🤣 who ironically are part of royal mail, they are so bad, that it is not possible to speak to a real person! And I actually lost the plot to an automated phone call! Lol  Royal Mail are great, I never have any problems with them 🙏⭐💖🍺🦞

as always thanks to hitoshi yasui of chairhouse for his wonderful daily piano improvisations and for allowing us to record our version of  "in a an increasingly callous world" which he recorded on january 3, 2018 as part of his piano ten thousand leaves project.

thankful to have had this music to work on with my musical friend guillaume over these last difficult quarantine weeks. hope everyone is safe and well, persevering and continuing to make music. play on soundcloud friends. this too shall pass.
