I am and have been a personal trainer/nutritionist and massage therapist for 22 years.  Music/Dance and Fitness Training/Education are the two halves of my heart and soul.  They have become my tools for inspiration.  I love to have fun and make others laugh. So yeah, i am a smartass at heart.  Deal with it.  LOL.  I enjoy anything outdoors/water. Love to travel and cook. Love to go to the movies.  Any genre!  I love being with my friend and family, but also my "me" time as well.
