In what is set to become his most memorable performance to date, J STAY FLY brings us another masterpiece, this time it’s named after himself ‘J.S.F’ & it has all the bells & whistles that you get on your typical J STAY FLY song, his unpredictable flows, signature punchline style & raw attitude are all on full display. He conquers his lane with ease & demolishes anything in his path. Mr. FLY hasn’t returned, he’s been here all along, you’re just catching up. With so many subjects to discuss we wouldn’t know where to begin to describe this rare gem of a track if we had a team of experts helping. The first half kicks off with JSF recognizing his own impact as an artist with a powerful voice & delivery. He addresses people invading his space and the ones trying to imitate him. But that was just an appetizer. His hunger for spitting heavy jaw dropping punchlines, kicks in even more half way through when a loud fighter jet flies through the song in correlation with the artwork which also features a fighter jet, all of this also meant to be a play on the letters “J.S.F” which also stands for “Joint Strike Fighter” (if you’re not familiar, it is a military aircraft defense program) giving more insight as to why Mr. FLY has decided to adopt it. It goes hand in hand with his bars when he’s on attack mode. The self proclaimed “the illest” gets even more gritty & disrespectful on the second half of this track & as his signature tiger roar thunders through the beat, the mood switches up & he goes full throttle bragging about his skills & showing us why he’s earned the right to do so, he addresses his doubters & sends a clear warning to anyone trying to sabotage him, that any encounter with him will be very bad for them. If the first half was a grenade, the second half was a nuclear bomb. Borrowing from a previous approach he took on the now infamous ‘Package Freestyle’ which he also dropped with 2 parts, having a different beat on each part. He does this strategically when it’s called for or when he’s think it’s necessary. This second half doesn’t just mark the second half of the song, it marks the second half of his music journey as an underground artist. This is the point right before he goes into the big league. After all, he says nobody plays the game like him. Whether it’s his smooth & aggressive way of rapping, fast or slow, his bigger than life persona, his too cool for school demeanor, his unpredictable razor sharp witty lyrics or all the mystique surrounding him, J STAY FLY sure knows how to keep us all on our feet waiting for his next move.

The impeccable J STAY FLY returns once again to the scene with another banger to literally end the summer with a BANG as he follows up his previous tracks ‘JSF’ & ‘The World Is Yours’ with the third and final track of his ‘Special 3’ singles that he promised for the summer. Of course, he did not disappoint as he expands his killing streak in dropping hits. He delivers a very raw & direct display of what a rapper who’s at the top of their pen game, should sound like. His boss attitude & not so subtle but subtle approach at the beginning of the first verse only to then switch gears like a race car driver when the beat gets intense & amplifying his cadence with such ease that only a top tier MC can deliver such high performance on a uniquely astonishing beat made strictly for a God. He annihilates any competition (if he ever had any) from the drop of the very first bar. As the first verse builds momentum, you can feel yourself preparing for something great that is about to happen. As he spits “it’s crunch time, the pains on/pilot just told me that the plane’s on”, the beat gets harder, setting the tone as Mr. FLY paints a very vivid picture of everything he’s saying like a Martin￼ Scorsese film. He raps “flow switches even on the same song” almost as if he himself is amazed at his abilities & talent. He shows love to his block “158”, the street he grew up on in Upper Manhattan & tells you that he’s “better than your favorite rapper/n*ggaz can’t debate”, letting us all know that he’s very much aware of who he is. The whole song is crafted to perfection, creating a luxurious sound that would indefinitely feed his core fan base & amass new ones. The hook which is sure to leave an everlasting impression on listeners, starts off as a warning to anyone stupid enough to test him & comes with a chorus in which he sings to his critics who are too busy worrying about his life & not theirs, letting them know that they can’t F with him & if they wanna find out, they can try. He lets you know worrying about him isn’t gonna do you any good because he’s not worried about you so you should just “worry bout yourself” because at the end of the day, like the song title implies, he’s truly “2nd To None”. From the many iconic references to the blunt delivery he’s giving you, his wordplay brings satisfaction to the ears as he rips through the second verse, in what is probably gonna be one of his most memorable verses ever. He references Johnny Depp & his “Jack Sparrow” character, drops a witty but clever David Letterman metaphor & tells you he’s the king, all while proving it through every rhyme & flow switch he does. This is nothing new as he’s proven over & over again he kills every track, with a very impressive track record so I guess it’s safe to say “he won’t be taking no L’s”. This New York City MC is the future of Rap.. The future is now.. It’s J STAY FLY.
