forgotten. this morning.

the flowers in paper,

An improvisation resulting from the reading of the myth of Gilgamesh: a legend built by human beings 3500 years before Christ that teaches us how brilliant the human mind was at that time ... as opposed to how it is sometimes now ...

Particles and Magic

Solo piano composition with rolling arpeggios on Noire Felt piano with plenty of atmospheric reverb and delay. It's origins date back to the 1980s but has been dusted off and bought up to date for YouTube and SoundCloud and to be shared and hopefully enjoyed. Whilst finalising the track I was trying to decide on the cover art and looking though my various images I found this one by my 10-year-old grand-daughter and it just seemed to fit the composition, so the title "Dawn" was born and an experimental video has been created.

My latest collaboration with the talented composer/pianist Gian Marco La Serra.  All tracks are recent arrangements with orchestra of his original piano solo track of the same names.

I composed this using the 1911 Bechstein Upright Piano from Spitfire Audio's Piano Book site. The piano was sampled by Andrew Ward. The art work is by my granddaughter Liliana.
