such great poetry, love the concept of breakfast senses almost having a synesthesia with music language/experiences, so many great comparisons in the imagery!

This is a lot of fun!  I love the image of the female character turning around a bad morning, and by the end of the first chorus I could see the male character dancing too.  Cool feel to this.

"Feelin' bout as happy as the year is long" is a great line, especially coming off a year that lasted decades. I could see myself dancing in the kitchen to this song.
