Simple, but at the same time innovative accompaniment on the guitar, James. So used to your more expressive guitar playing that this took me by surprise in a good way. Great imagery in the story. I could easily see the ghost town in front of me. 

A really evocative tune here. I imagine a town in the rustbelt drying up as people move out over time, leaving the speaker in ghost town. The sparse guitar plays along with the imagery.
