Wonderfully bitter-sweet lyrics on this one, James. Why has the narrator given up on sunscreen though?

I like the mixing of The Point being both a place and something that you can miss. Its a really poignant song about moments in our youth that stay with us forever.

Such well crafted lyrics!  But I also enjoyed the phrasing in the melody and the intriguing guitar solo. 

Awh, the smell of sunscreen. Occasionally, I put it on when it's not even sunny just for smell nostalgia (in my defence, I'm so pale I have often got sunburn on a cloudy day).
