Very interesting lyrically - are we supposed to feel sorry or happy for the narrator. I like the ambiguity as it gives room for the listener's interpretation. Well done, James!

This is so cute!  Well, I've definitely bought myself flowers before!  I have a four legged bouncer, that's for sure.  Do plenty of sober solo dates.  It's like I'm a responsible version of this song - haha!  Enjoyed listening!!
