felt it was time to make a new seasonal mix. been playing alot of house in my live sets the first half of the year, so this mix features most of the tracks, edits, & combos i use - curated tasteful bass and tech house with a smol bit of progressive and big room ~ some nice treats and surprises.

my extended live set for breakaway sf #whiteclaw silent disco 2023 performed at the legendary bill graham auditorium, i wanted to play a more vibey set for this event and wanted to put something different out on my soundcloud.

i titled this in the twilight because i feel i'm in the twilight of my soundcloud dj era, will try to keep dj'ing events and making mixes but sometimes life gets in the way and so many new djs comin outta nowhere.... but where are the plumbers? we need plumbers lol

jokes aside, this is still a fun and therapeutic hobby and ive been trying to put out a mix like this for some time now, sorta a sequel to my "vibes" mix i made years ago.

this is an enhanced version of my 'the kawaii rave' liveset performed at the redlight lounge sacramento california in april 2024 

played a good mix of anime edits / kpop edits/remixes + a blend of some of my favorite tunes & some new ones

a ju1ced festival style mix as i play a little bit of everything, house, bass, dubstep even a smol bit hardstyle - i like to always start out with house and progress in bpm as the set goes along

paid tribute to the goat akira toriyama near the end of the mix RIP to the legend 🐐 🙏🏽

had a lot of fun playing this out live, the crowd and energy was phenomenal so wanted to put this out and hope u all enjoy!

i remember waiting in the long line of my first edc with so much anticipation. i remember as soon as we walked in, hearing 'spaceman' in the distance and running so fast to the mainstage. i remember when i absolutely revered hardwell and avicii as gods (omfg lmao) i remember dada life's sunrise set  and thinking to myself "i can do this for the rest of my life"

that was edc 2012. and its true, you never forget your first edc. 

but its 2017, and i'm a bit older now, been to so many festivals and shows... and i never thought i'd say this.... but i think after ultra 2018, i'm calling it a wrap, gonna retire from raving. (don't think i can ever quit coachella, lol)

so i made this mix, to make me remember the songs i fell in love with, that made me fall in love with edm. the songs i sung my heart out, kissed someone under fireworks/pyrotechnics, jumped and shuffled the night away. to honor all the special memories and times with edm.

edm will always be something special to me and i still hope to have my honeymoon in tomorrowland, but until then and after ultra 18, i think ima focus my wallet on other things... like a house and traveling the world haha.

all these songs have meaning to me, having put on repeat and feeling various emotions at one point or the other, reminiscing on days gone by, love had and love lost, hope and reflection.

hallo guys,

this year i am making a 'mt.rushmore series' of mixes.

these will be based on my all time top 4 edm artists i have always loved, respected and listened to.

i wanted to release my first one today on valentines. my all time favorite: @kaskade

Kaskade is an artist who I always listened to through many trials and tribulations, the good times and bad. I would play his songs and livesets nonstop when I’m having a bad day, when I was studying or writing papers, he is ALWAYS be a must see at a festival. 

Kaskade got me through alot, and a big reason to why I have a Bachelor's Degree.

I hope this all kaskade mix does the man some justice, fitting that I release this on Valentine's Day, this mix is a good balance of all my favorite Kaskade tracks and was joy to make, taking me back to many memories and feels.

this is my liveset opening for @herobust on 2/22/2019. this was a fantastic night, my other BTO homies ALVYN & CASTOR also played and slayed.

i put alot of effort and went a little mad making this set, wanted to make a statement, treated this as if i were playing 11pm at Sahara or Circuit Grounds. the simp songs hit a little different atm. also had alot of fun performing this.

haven’t made a mix in awhile, my last mix was very personal and i kinda lost my creative drive afterwards to make mixes for a smol bit. 

then again, all my mixes are personal to me and i try to share and curate something based on what i have been listening to and playing live lately.

most of this mix in particular, is my jvna liveset on 7/6/2019 which i played direct support. so when planning it, i wanted to feature songs that i love and hold v dear to me

hello!

i wanted to make one more mix before the year ends, this mix is a combination of a few of my recent live sets (uwu hawaii,  dj sets opening for for manilla killa, quix, etc.)as well as some of some of my favorite songs/edits throughout the year. 

i had some difficulties making this mix, my laptop broke on me while working on this one and had to re-download and remake some of the edits

big shoutout and thanks to @mvseofficial for helping out on this one! i still make my mixes live, and i wasn't able to use my traktor s4 and laptop, without him this mix would not be possible!

i hope you guys are able to listen and enjoy! the most dubstep i've ever put into a mix. i hope you guys keep warm this winter
