His drive towards obliterating boundaries and developing new forms and structures in sound is not only a way for him to express his creativity but also encourages and facilitates a natural evolution artistically. Staffan can conjure inspiration from, what seems to be anything that is constructed with the creative minds of other people. Together with his brother Mathias, he runs the record label Searchlights Records. A label dedicated to the exploration and understanding of how we observe occurring events. How we remember them, the movements they spark, how we communicate these findings and ultimately how they may change us and become part of our being.

My next guest on Yax Invites is Shelley, a DJ from Bielefeld, Germany.

Shelley turned her passion for electronic music into a profession in 2019. Electronic sounds have accompanied her since childhood, and she found inspiration in the local club scene. Through long nights and countless sonic journeys, she discovered the fascination of DJing and decided to use her listening experience to create her own sets.

Driven by hypnotic and impulsive rhythms, combined with dark and dissociative atmospheres she developed through the years her own style. Today, with precise attention to detail and a very delicate touch.

It didn't take long for her style to be recognized, and she was able to create impressive sets. Also Eric Cloutier invited her to play her first gig at Tresor in Berlin where she could prove her skills in front of a decent crowd. Shelley is sure to continue creating influential sets and mesmerizing audiences.

Głós has been a shadow mainstay in the European Techno scene for quite some time. He has been producing underground hymns for over ten years now and among a wide palette of releases throughout those years, he blessed Unknown Timeline with four tracks in total. Three of those can be found on ‘The Perfect Moment In Time-Space Continuum’, a split-EP released with Raroh in 2018, and another one co-composed with Raroh for ‘Gift Of Intercession (Time And Time Again)’ in 2022.  

Based between the capitals of Germany and Japan, as of late Głós has been alternating between Berlin and Tokyo—torn between two very unique cultures and different worlds. At this point, it’s difficult to say if that contrast is what makes his music so diverse, or if perhaps the dream-fueled contrasts within his work translate into his real life.  

While there might be no coherent answer to this question, at least this latest episode of Unknown Stories illustrates the constant duality in Głós's mind: Techno-beats, Ambient soundscapes, Trip-Hop and R’n’B escapades, and dreamlike voices—all torn between moments of light and darkness. All of these different things meet in this mix, naturally going hand in hand as they have never been strangers to each other in the first place.

Brayan Franco, más conocido como Jumper. Nace en la ciudad de Buga en Colombia, llega al oriente Antioqueño en 2011, y apasionado por la música electrónica se convierte en raver y posteriormente en promotor. 

Se lanza como dj, a inicios del 2018 y empieza a presentarse en fiestas clandestinas. Buscando la manera de compartir la música, funda en un pueblo del oriente Antioqueño el colectivo Santuario Techno.

En el año 2022 toma más fuerza, presentándose en diferentes colectivos locales, logrando en el último año lanzar diferentes aportes musicales bajo diferentes sellos discográficos como Habitat musical y L-onn records.
Ha compartido escenarios con grandes referentes de la escena local, Qolin, Gheran, Andres gil , José Monsalve, Astronomical Telegram, Kevin villa, Merino, Zemog, Deraout, SiE, Jubatus ,Sguzr ,Vci live, entre otros.

Juan Camilo Arias, conocido en el mundo musical como Fractal Mind, y actualmente como Triangular Mycelium, es un artista cuyo talento y creatividad lo han llevado a destacar en la escena electrónica, es originario de Manizales, Caldas y ha forjado su carrera sobre una base de exploración sonora y experimentación creativa.

Desde sus inicios en el año 2017, Triangular Mycelium ha venido trabajando para forjar su estilo distintivo, el cual se caracteriza por la creación de estructuras y paisajes sonoros envolventes. Sus géneros principales son el Techno, Deep Techno y Ambient, donde combina ritmos cautivadores con texturas profundas y atmósferas hipnóticas.

Actualmente esta radicado en España donde continúara expandiendo su influencia en la escena electrónica internacional. 

Sus dos últimos lanzamientos han sido bajo los sellos discográficos DZB Records y Modern Minimal, donde ha podido mostrar un poco su perspectiva sonora.

Con una dedicación constante a su arte y una pasión por explorar nuevos territorios musicales, Juan Camilo sigue desafiando los límites de la creatividad como Triangular Mycelium, consolidándose como una figura prominente en la escena electrónica contemporánea.
