Radio Edit and Banging Edit of Le Boom's Friday Night

Featuring tongue-in-cheek repeated lyrics from Æ MAK, the radio edit of Friday Night dropped on March 4th. 

The live electronic act who are known to pack out venues such as the Olympia and fill tents at summer festivals like Electric Picnic and Indiependence will bring that signature high energy on a European tour in 2022.

Friday Night is the first track from a bigger body of work set to be announced later in the year. Inspired by clubs and written at a time when dancefloors all over the country lay silent and empty, the boppy release will soon be followed up by remixes from Dj/producers Jordan Nocturne, Gabe Gurnsey along with more Le Boom Club Edits.

Christy from Le Boom said:
‘I wrote it on a day when I just had the goo on me for a bop but couldn’t head anywhere. Felt like forever since I had had that buzz: low ceiling; frenzied lights; eyes closed in a sea of beautiful strangers. I wanted it to just be a straight-up cheeky banger that doesn’t take itself seriously. I sent a demo to my mate Aoife Mc Cann (Æ MAK) - I send her pretty much everything I ever make - and asked her to say/sing the vocal line. She’s so class and did a much better job than me.’
