Another round of remixes of Eats Everything’s ‘8 Cubed’ EP are delivered on EI8HT, the imprint that he curates alongside Andres Campo.  

On Volume 2, UK techno institution Mark Broom pulls out a blinding remix of ‘Pump’.  Having been an ever-present artist on the scene since the 1990’s, Broom is a big favourite at EI8HT, with releases on Rekids, Blueprint and Snatch! always hitting the spot.

Rising star BEC puts her own energetic touches to ‘Trade’, pulling out a fast and funky remix that is rapidly becoming her signature sound.  The Berlin based DJ & producer is currently firing out pure bangers for the likes of Drumcode, Factory 93 and We Are The Brave.

Relentless techno talent BEC has shot to the top in lightning speed with her high energy techno sets and productions. The UK-born, Berlin-based artist’s latest 4-track EP ‘Sixth Dimension’ on Filth on Acid hits all the right spots for techno fans. First up on the record is ‘Sixth Dimension’, a driving techno pumper with a scattered synth line and rave stabs that build euphotic anticipation and energy. Next in line is ‘Set My Body Free’, with bright and uplifting keys around a darker techno soundscape keeping the pace up. ‘Utopian’ follows on with heaving percussions and intergalactic synth lines. Sample heavy, jagged and cutty, the track takes a journey across multiple directions, creating a flurry of movement within. Closing out the EP is ‘Dialogue’: A quickfire snare drum sets a rushed energy for the track, while a booming kick and brooding baselines are set alight by industrial sounds. A commanding female vocal sample is used that commands the listener's attention.
