Q. How would you describe yourself?
A. I work in the nonprofit/philanthropy world primarily supporting underserved communities. I'm a pretty big goofball and always love diving deep in any subject that interests me. I'm really into cooking with my partner and big music fan of all sorts but, mostly a 2-step UKG, Jungle, and Breaks enthusiast. Guess you could say I'm also a fellow bassbin and soundsystem appreciator.

Q. How long have you been a part of the NY music scene?
A. I moved to NY from Boston about 4 years ago and have been DJing, collecting records, and producing since 2012. Mostly released individual tunes here and there but, am finally putting out an EP of my own with friends very very soon!

Q. Tell us a little bit about this mix.
A. I put this mix together based on the themes that inspired my forthcoming EP. The mix is inspired by sounds I loved hearing while night driving in the canyons with friends in LA; a blend of slower Breakbeat tunes that drive its way through its adjacent influences and ends with some Jungle. I wanted to keep it fun and emotionally engaging with long blends between the tracks, cruising through these bass centric genres that have been a major part of my music life.
